Bihar Board 11th Admission 2023 How to Change College
When the candidates selected for Bihar Board Inter Admission Merit List 2023 download their Intimation Letter, at the same time it also gets to know which college they have been allotted.

Like the previous year, this year also Bihar Board will release the OFSS Merit List 2023 in three phases, First Merit List, 2nd Merit List, and 3rd Merit List for enrollment in Intermediate.
In this, the name of the college/school selected by the students will be mentioned and it will be mandatory to get admission to this selected college or school by the given date.
If the enrollment work is not done by the above-mentioned date in the first merit list, then he will not be enrolled in any college or school and further, he will not be selected for any BSEB merit list in 2023.
If he is not satisfied with the college selected according to the first merit list, then in order to be selected in the second merit list, he will have to get admission to the selected college/school in the first merit list and apply again through the bihar slide up process. About Online Facilitation System for Students
BSEB has developed an online system called the Online Facilitation System (OFSS) for students to associate students in intermediate courses of Arts / Science / Commerce / Agriculture in about 10268 college/school (except minority institutions and residential institutions). This will enable All 38 districts of Bihar state to be recognized by the Bihar School Examination Board.

Opportunity for Admission to Parent Institute
The board has said that from where the students have been successful in 10th and there are 12th studies, then students will be given priority there for admission in 11th.
By the way, if the students who have passed from the institutes have filled the option of their school from where they have passed 10th in the options for 12th studies, then in such cases those schools have been given the opportunity of admission in the parent institution.
The board has said that if the students get the number eight institute for admission and the parent school is selected at number six, then they will be allotted the sixth number institute as a priority.
At the same time, if there is an allotment of an institute included in the third place, then in this case there will be no chance of admission to the parent institute.
