The Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India (ECGC) has announced the ECGC PO Recruitment 2024 i:e Probationary Officer (PO) recruitment drive and is currently accepting applications for the posts.
The detailed ECGC PO recruitment notification outlines a total of 40 vacancies for the post of Probationary Officer (Executive Officer Generalist). All Interested candidates can submit their applications online on or before October 13, 2024.
ECGC PO Recruitment 2024 Apply Online Process
- Visit the official website and click on “Career with ECGC”.
- Click on the “New Registration” link and fill in all the details asked like name, date of birth, email id, and other details.
- A provisional registration ID and password will be sent to your registered email ID and phone number.
- Log in again with the registration number and password and fill in the other details asked for.
- Upload the documents like photographs, signatures, thumb impressions, and declarations by scanning them with the dimensions below.
- Color passport-size photographs between 20 KB to 50 KB with dimensions of 200 x 230 pixels.
- Scanned signature on white paper with black ink between 10 KB to 20 KB with dimensions of 140 x 60 pixels. The signature should not be in capital letters.
- The thumb impression should be on white paper with black or blue ink. Dimensions should be between 240 x 240 pixels and size should be 20 KB – 50 KB.
- The declaration, “I, _ (name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will submit the supporting documents as required.” should be in English only, written in black ink on a white paper. The dimensions of the file should be 800 x 400 pixels and its size should be 50 KB – 100 KB.
- All the uploaded documents should be in .jpg / .jpeg format. Preview the ECGC PO application form before final submission as no changes will be allowed later.
- Pay the application fee as per your category through online mode only. Take a printout of the receipt and application form for future reference.

ECGC PO Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Age Limit: Applicants must be between 21 and 30 years of age as of September 1, 2024. Category-wise relaxation in age limit may apply.

Educational Qualification
- Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
- All educational qualifications mentioned must be from a University/Institute/Board recognized by the Government of India/approved by Government regulatory bodies and the final result must be declared on or before 1-9-2024.
- Candidates must possess a valid mark sheet/degree certificate on the day of registration showing that he/she is a graduate and must indicate the percentage of marks obtained in graduation while applying online.

ECGC PO Exam Date 2024 and Important Dates
The recruitment process will begin with the start of online registration on September 14, 2024. Candidates must complete their application by October 13, 2024. Admit cards will be available from November 5, 2024.

Pay Scale: Rs 53600-2645(14)-90630- 2865(4)-102090. The selected POs are also eligible for allowances and benefits like DA, HRA, TA, Medical Allowance, and other facilities in addition to the basic pay. The CTC for the candidates selected for the post of ECGC PO in Mumbai is Rs 16 lakh per annum.

ECGC PO Vacancies Cut Off Details
ECGC PO Notification 2024 cut off is released along with the result. Candidates need to score marks more than or equal to the cut-off set by the recruitment board. The cut off for each stage is decided based on the vacancy available for the post.
ECGC PO Exam Admit Card
As per the ECGC PO Notification 2024, the ECGC PO Admit Card for ECGC PO online exam will be released on November 5, 2024 and can be downloaded from the official website. You have to enter your registration number and password or roll number and date of birth and click on the download admit card link.
The ECGC PO Admit Card 2024 contains all the information related to the exam like exam center, exam time and other details. No hard copy of the ECGC PO 2024 Admit Card will be sent by post. A printout of the admit card, valid ID card and its photocopy are required at the time of ECGC PO Exam 2024.
The ECGC PO Notification 2024 mentions that there will also be an ECGC PO Admit Card or Call Letter for those candidates who have availed of the pre-exam training and are eligible for it. This admit card will be released in the fourth week of October. The ECGC PO Pre-Exam Training Admit Card has to be carried to the venue of the pre-exam training. The ECGC PO Notification 2024 also mentions that candidates who will bring a scribe with them will also have to download a separate ECGC PO Admit Card for their scribe.
ECGC PO Pre-Exam 2024 Training
ECGC will conduct online pre-examination training for eligible candidates belonging to SC, ST, and OBC (non-creamy layer) who fulfil the eligibility criteria in respect of the post. This pre-examination training aims to equip the candidates with the skills required for effective examination. Candidates eligible for training should indicate their interest in their ECGC PO online application form at the respective location.
However, the conduct of such a training program will depend on the number of candidates showing interest in the subject and administrative convenience. ECGC Limited reserves the right to stop such a program if needed. Most likely, ECGC PO online pre-examination training will be conducted. It will be conducted from October 28, 2024. ECGC PO online pre-examination training admit cards will be issued from the fourth week of October.
Attending the online pre-examination training does not mean selection for the post; it only allows the candidate to improve his preparation. Candidates should take advantage of this valuable resource and remain proactive in their general preparation for the exam.
