• साथ ही, शिक्षण संस्थानों के प्राचार्य अपने संस्थान में दिनांक 08/07/2024 तक नामांकित विद्यार्थियों का OFSS Portal पर ऑनलाइन Updation अधिकतम दिनांक 19/07/2024 तक करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे।
• जिन विद्यार्थियों के नामांकन को प्राचार्य द्वारा OFSS Portal पर ऑनलाइन रुप से दिनांक 19 जुलाई 2024 तक Update नहीं किया जाएगा, तो यह समझा जाएगा कि संबंधित विद्यार्थी नामांकन हेतु विद्यालय/महाविद्यालय में उपस्थित नहीं हुए हैं। फलतः उन सीटों को रिक्त मानते हुए समिति द्वारा द्वितीय एवं उसके बाद तृतीय चयन सूची जारी किया जाएगा, जिसमें ऐसे विद्यार्थियों का नाम सम्मिलित नहीं किया जाएगा। भविष्य में सीटों को रिक्त करने से जिन विद्यार्थियों को कठिनाई होगी, उसके लिए संबंधित संस्थान के प्राचार्य ही उत्तरदायी माने जाएंगे।
• ऑनलाइन नामांकन के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी हेतु सामान्य सूची पत्र BSEB Intimation Letter एवं अन्य जानकारी समिति की वेबसाइट www.ofssbihar.org 2024 से प्राप्त की जा सकती है। नामांकन से संबंधित किसी अन्य प्रकार की जानकारी अथवा समस्या के समाधान हेतु हेल्पडेस्क नंबर-0642-2230009 पर संपर्क किया जा सकता हैं।

• स्पॉट अप प्रक्रिया:- प्रथम चयन सूची में चयनित विद्यार्थी दिनांक 8 जुलाई 2024 से 19 जुलाई 2024 तक अपने द्वारा भरे गये उच्चतर विकल्प हेतु अपना ऑनलाईन विकल्प भर सकते हैं। ऐसे विद्यार्थियों के लिये यह आवश्यक है कि निर्धारित तिथि दिनांक 8 जुलाई 2024 से 19 जुलाई 2024 तक वे अपना नामांकन चयनित संस्थान, संकाय में अवश्य करा लें। नामांकन नहीं कराने की स्थिति में उनके नाम पर द्वितीय / तृतीय चयन सूची में विचार नहीं किया जायेगा अर्थात्‌ उनका नाम सूची से हटा दिया जायेगा। विद्यार्थी Slide Up विकल्प में नया संस्थान / संकाय न तो बदल सकते हैं और न ही कोई नया संस्थान / संकाय जोड़ सकते हैं।
• अर्थात्‌ अगर आवेदक प्रथम चरण में निचली प्राथमिकता वाले संस्थान में चुने जाने पर संतुष्ट नहीं है, वैसे विद्यार्थी दिनांक 8 जुलाई 2024 से 19 जुलाई 2024 तक OFSS पोर्टल के माध्यम से Student Login में जाकर अपने द्वारा दिये गये उच्च प्राथमिकता वाले संस्थानों में नामांकन की संभावना हेतु Slide Up विकल्प का उपयोग कर सकते हैं, परन्तु नया विकल्प जोड़ अथवा बदल नहीं सकते हैं। Slide Up विकल्प चुनने के पश्चात्‌ संबंधित विद्यार्थी को उनके द्वारा आवेदन पत्र में पहले से भरे गये उच्च प्राथमिकता वाले विकल्यपों में दूसरी सूची में चयन होने की सम्भावना है।
• संस्थान में नामांकन के लिये प्रथम चयन सूची जारी की जायेगी। अतः नामांकन के लिये चयनित आवेदक को संबंधित संस्थान में नामांकन करना अनिवार्य है। आवेदकों को पुनः सलाह दी जाती है कि नामांकन की तिथि और अन्य औपचारिकताओं के लिये उन्हें संबंधित संस्थान से सम्पर्क करना चाहिए और नामांकन की प्रक्रिया से संबंधित जानकारी को प्राप्त कर लेना चाहिए। अगर चयनित आवेदक अपने प्रथम चयन में आवंटित +2 विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय / संकाय से संतुष्ट नहीं होंगे तो भी उन्हें उस आवंटित +2 विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय / संकाय में नामांकन लेना अनिवार्य है, Slide Up विकल्प भरने के बाद उनको दूसरी एवं तीसरी सूची में अन्य आवंटित +2 विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय / संकाय आवंटित करने पर विचार किया जा सके। अगर वे प्रथम सूची में आवंटित +2 विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय / संकाय में नामांकन नहीं लेते हैं तो उनका आवेदन रद्द कर दिया जायेगा और उनका नाम OFSS System से हटा दिया जायेगा और वर्तमान सत्र में जो द्वितीय और तृतीय चयन सूची जारी की जायेगी, उसमें भी उनके आवेदन पर विचार नहीं किया जायेगा।

प्रथम चयन सूची में जिन आवेदकों का चयन (उनके द्वारा भरे गये विकल्पों में से उनके प्राप्तांक प्रतिशत एवं आरक्षण के आधार पर) किसी भी संस्थान में नहीं होता है, वैसे आवेदक पुन: दिनांक 8 जुलाई 2024 से 19 जुलाई 2024 तक OFSS पोर्टल में Login करके अन्य नये विकल्प नामांकन हेतु दोबारा भर सकते हैं।

इस संस्थान में नामांकन कराने के बाद ही वे द्वितीय व तृतीये चयन सूचि जारी होने पर वैसे उच्चतर प्राथमिकता वाले संस्थान में नामांकन ले सकेंगे, जिसके लिये उन्होंने नामांकन हेतु उच्च प्राथमिकता दी है लिए प्रक्रिया है जिसे स्लाइड अप प्रक्रिया कहते हैं।

ज्ञात हो कि बिहार बोर्ड द्वारा इंटर नामांकन ओएफएसएस के माध्यम से किया जाता है। नामांकन से पहले बिहार बोर्ड द्वारा ऑनलाइन आवेदन लिए गए थे। नये विकल्प भरने हेतु आवेदक विकल्प के रूप में नये +2 विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय में संकाय का चुनाव कर सकते हैं। ऐसे आवेदकों को न्यूनतम 10 (दस) विकल्प एवं अधिकतम 20 (बीस) विकल्प आवेदन पत्र में दोबारा भरना होगा। इन भरे गये विकल्पों के आधार पर दूसरी चयन सूची के लिये उनका यह नया आवेदन मान्य होगा। इस कार्य हेतु आवेदकों को दोबारा किसी प्रकार का कोई भी शुल्क नहीं देना होगा | ऐसे आवेदकों को उनके अंक के आधार पर द्वितीय चयन सूची में संस्थान करने हेतु विचार किया जायेगा।

Through the ofss slide up process, Bihar Board gives the applicant a chance to enroll in the college of their choice. After the release of the merit list, if an applicant does not get the college of his/her choice. So he can go to the OFSS website, i:e www.ofssbihar .org, and www ofssbihar org 2024 login to the student, and choose the option of Offs Slide Up.

Before sliding up, the schools and colleges whose name has appeared in the bseb first merit list, inter admission 1st merit list 2024 will have to take admission in those schools/colleges, after that slide up will have to be done. Otherwise, the Ofss Slide Up option made by the applicant will not be considered. Applicants cannot change any new college/school nor add any school in this slide-up process.
