बिहार बोर्ड द्वारा इंटरमीडिएट 2025 में दाखिला के लिए तृतीय चयन सूची 28 जुलाई 2025 को जारी किया गया। OFSS Bihar 3rd Merit List 2025 जारी होने के बाद प्रदेशभर के इंटर कॉलेज और स्कूलों में 11वीं में नामांकन शुरू हो चूका हैं। जिन छात्र-छात्राओं का नाम तृतीय चयन सूची में आएगा तो उन सभी को संबंधित कॉलेज स्कूल में नामांकन लेना अनिवार्य होगा। अगर कोई छात्र 11वीं में दाखिला नहीं लेते हैं, तो उनका नामांकन रद्द हो सकता है।

+2/ इण्टर कक्षा में नामांकन हेतु तीन श्रेणी के विद्यार्थी हो सकते हैं।

• (क) वैसे विद्यार्थियों के, जिनका चयन प्रथम /द्वितीय चयन सूची में हुआ था एवं Slide Up के बाद तृतीय चयन सूची में अन्य शिक्षण संस्थान हेतु चयन किया गया है।
• (ख) वैसे विद्यार्थियों के लिये, जिनका चयन द्वितीय चयन सूची में नहीं हुआ था, परन्तु तृतीय चयन सूची में हुआ है।
• (ग) वैसे विद्यार्थियों के लिये, जिनका चयन तृतीय चयन सूची में नहीं हुआ है।

वैसे विद्यार्थियों के, जिनका चयन प्रथम /द्वितीय चयन सूची में हुआ था एवं Slide Up के बाद तृतीय चयन सूची में अन्य शिक्षण संस्थान हेतु चयन किया गया है।

• वैसे विद्यार्थी, जिन्होंने प्रथम / द्वितीय चयन सूची के आधार पर आवंटित शिक्षण संस्थान में नामांकन लिए थे, को सूचित किया जाता है कि उनके द्वारा Slide Up के लिये किये गये अनुरोध के आधार पर उनका इस तीसरी चयन सूची में अन्य संस्थान / संकाय आवंटित किया गया है। अत: उनका पूर्व के संस्थान में लिए गए नामांकन को रद्‌द कर दिया गया है, तथा उनकी सीट को दूसरे विद्यार्थी को आवंटित करने हेतु अग्रेतर कार्रवाई की गयी है। अतः उनसे अनुरोध है कि वे तृतीय चयन में आवंटित शिक्षण संस्थान में अपना नामांकन दिनांक 28.07.2025 से 31.07.2025 के बीच अवश्य करा लें। अगर उनके द्वारा उक्त निर्धारित तिथि तक नामांकन नहीं कराया जाता है तो उनका अभ्यर्थित्व रद्द कर दिया जायेगा। तृतीय चयन सूची के पश्चात्‌ OFSS के माध्यम से कोई चयन सूचि जारी नहीं की जायेगी।
• इस संबंध में जानकारी हेतु आप OFSS Portal पर उपलब्ध सभी संस्थानों का तृतीय कट ऑफ देख सकते हैं।

वैसे विद्यार्थियों के लिये, जिनका चयन द्वितीय चयन सूची में नहीं हुआ था, परन्तु तृतीय चयन सूची में हुआ है।

• उनको सूचित किया जाता है कि वे तृतीय चयन सूची में आवंटित संस्थान में अपना नामांकन दिनांक 28.07.2025 से 31.07.2025 के बीच अवश्य करा लें। अगर उनके द्वारा उक्त निर्धारित तिथि तक नामांकन नहीं कराया जाता है तो उनका अभ्यर्थित्व रद्‌द कर दिया जायेगा। तृतीय चयन सूची के पश्चात्‌ OFSS के माध्यम से कोई अन्य चयन सूची जारी नहीं की जायेगी।
• इस संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी हेतु वे OFSS Portal पर उपलब्ध सभी संस्थानों के सभी विषयों का तृतीय कट ऑफ लिस्ट देख सकते हैं।

वैसे विद्यार्थियों के लिये, जिनका चयन तृतीय चयन सूची में नहीं हुआ है।

• तृतीय चयन सूची में कुछ विद्यार्थियों का चयन नहीं हो सका है, क्योंकि उनके द्वारा नामांकन के लिये जो भी विकल्प भरा गया था, उनमें से उनके अंक (मार्क्स) के आधार पर तथा दिये गये विकल्प में संभव नहीं हुआ है। इस संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी हेतु विद्यार्थियों द्वारा OFSS Portal पर उपलब्ध सभी संस्थानों के सभी विषयों का तृतीय कट ऑफ लिस्ट देखा जा सकता है, जिससे यह स्पष्ट होगा कि जिन-जिन संस्थानों / विषयों का विकल्प उनके द्वारा भरा गया था, उन सभी संस्थानों / विषयों का कट ऑफ अंक संबंधित विद्यार्थी के अंक से ज्यादा है।
• अत: ऐसे विद्यार्थी तृतीय चयन के आधार पर नामांकन की प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होने का इंतजार करें। तृतीय चयन के आधार पर नामांकन प्रक्रिया होने के पश्चात्‌ स्पॉट नामांकन के लिए समिति द्वारा अवसर प्रदान किया जायेगा। इसके तहत्‌ तृतीय चयन सूचि के आधार पर नामांकन की प्रक्रिया समाप्त होने के पश्चात्‌ Spot Admission की प्रक्रिया प्रारम्भ की जायेगी। समिति द्वारा Spot Admission के संबंध में विज्ञप्ति बाद में प्रकाशित की जायेगी।

सत्र 2025 — 2027 के लिये +2, इण्टर में नामांकन हेतु जो आवेदन पत्र ऑनलाईन जमा किया गया था, उसमें विद्यार्थियों द्वारा प्राथमिकता के अनुसार नामांकन हेतु जिन संस्थानों का विकल्प दिया गया था, उनमें से भरे गये प्राथमिकता, माध्यमिक परीक्षा में प्राप्त कुल अंक प्रतिशत (%), आरक्षण कोटि के आधार पर +2/ इण्टर में नामांकन हेतु तृतीय चयन सूची दिनांक 28 जुलाई 2025 को जारी किया गया हैं।
